Apple Walnut Crumble Bread

2 cups of wholemeal flour⠀
1/2 cup of oats⠀
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder⠀
1/2 cup of sweetener ⠀
1 tsp of vanilla⠀
1 tsp of cinnamon⠀
1/3 cup of walnuts ⠀
1 1/2 cup of almond milk⠀
2 red apples⠀

Crumble topping: ⠀
1/2 cup of oats⠀
1/4 cup of coconut oil⠀
2 tbsp of maple syrup⠀
1/4 cup of flour ⠀

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees and line a cake tin with baking paper. ⠀
In a mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the walnuts and almond milk.⠀
Peel and dice your apples and add to the cake dough.⠀
Poor the dough in the tin and cook for 30 minutes. ⠀
Make the crumble topping and add to the top of the cake and cook for a further 20 minutes.
