Avocado chocolate tart

Ingredients
Crustâ €
1 cup oatsâ €
1/2 cup almondsâ €
1 cup pitted datesâ €
1 tbsp raw cocoa powderâ €
pinch of saltâ €
2-3 tbsp of cold water, if neededâ €

How To Make:
In a food processor, pulse blend oats and almonds until broken into very small pieces. Add dates, salt and cocoa powder. Process until well combined and the dough starts to form. If needed, add water, tablespoon by tablespoon, and continue blending until the dough comes together. Press the dough into tart form and freeze while preparing avocado cream.â €

For the Avocado cream:â €
3 ripe avocadosâ €
1/2 cup raw cocoa powderâ €
1/2 cup maple syrupâ €
1/4 cup full fat coconut milkâ €
1 tsp vanilla extractâ €

How To Make:
Add all the ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more maple syrup of needed. Transfer the cream on the cake crust and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
