Capers, Basil & Mustard Pasta

200gr spaghetti (cooked according to package instructions)
2 tomatoes, chopped 
2 cloves of garlic
Basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp capers 
5 tbsp whole grain mustard 
2 tbsp nutritional yeast 
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1/2 cup water 
Salt and pepper for taste 
Roasted tomatoes

Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic, sauté the garlic until it’s fragrant. Next, add in the capers, whole grain mustard, chopped tomatoes, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, mushrooms and water – stir well and let everything cook for a few minutes. Lastly, add the cooked pasta to the pan. Serve with the basil leaves, lemon juice and nutritional yeast last and enjoy!
