Saute shiitake mushrooms and sliced okra in a tsp of coconut oil over medium heat. Once the mushroom juices are released, reduce heat to medium-low and add 3 cloves of garlic, grated. Then about 2 tbsp of tomato paste, sea salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, turmeric, and thyme. Add some water, stir, and toss in the gnocchi (that’s either boiled or sauteed with oil). Let the sauce cook and thicken for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
