Creamy Basil Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:â €
125 g mushrooms, brownâ €
125 ml vegetable broth â €
120 ml soy cuisine â €
1 onion â €
120 g pasta â €
30 ml white wine â €
Rosemary â €
Salt â €
Pepper â €
1 tsp olive oil â €
1/2 Teaspoon agave syrup â €
1/2 cloves of garlicâ €
â €
Instructions: â €
1. Slice the mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and garlic. â €
2. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan. Put the onions in the pan and fry until they are glassy. â €
3. Add the garlic and mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown.⠀
4. Add the agave syrup and caramelise for 1-2 minutes. â €
5. Deglaze with wine and vegetable stock and simmer. â €
6. Chop the rosemary and add to the pan. â €
7. Cook the pasta according to the packing instructions. â €
8. Add soy cuisine to the pan and simmer until the sauce is creamy. â €
9. If you want, you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of the pasta water to the pan to bind the sauce. Enjoy!
