Creamy easy pasta salad.

🍅 🍝 So easy to put together – blend sauce ingredients and mix in your fav pasta, top with veggies! The sauce has chickpeas which are high in plant protein and tahini which is a great source of healthy fats. Enjoy this recipe by @cookingforpeanuts:

Oil-free tahini dressing – blend:
2/3 cup chickpeas, rinsed & drained
5 tbsp tahini
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp + 1 tsp low-sodium tamara
2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup almond milk
few tbsp water as needed for thin-ness
salt to taste

Blend all ingredients above in blender or food-processor to make the pasta sauce.

Mix in your favorite pasta. Top with cherry tomatoes and your favorite veggies (eg steamed or roasted broccoli)
