Double Chocolate Donuts

1 can of kidney beans
140 ml oat milk
100g coconut sugar
120g spelt flour
50g cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
50g dark chocolate
How To Make:
Handful of crushed hazelnuts
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Blend up kidney beans, oat milk and sugar until smooth. Add your flour, cacao powder, cinnamon and baking powder into a large mixing bowl and give it a good stir. Pour your wet ingredients into the dry and mix until evenly combined. Add your batter into a silicone donut tin and bake for about 15 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool in the tin before placing them onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Melt down your dark chocolate, coat your donuts generously in melted chocolate and sprinkle some crushed hazelnuts on top.
