No-bake Blueberry Cheesecake

Base:â €
-150g almondsâ €
-70g pitted datesâ €
-2 tablespoons agave syrupâ €

Filling (White):â €
-150g cashewâ €
-25g coconutâ €
-30g coconut oilâ €
-85g coconut milkâ €
-3 tablespoons agave syrupâ €

Filling (Purple):â €
-100g blueberriesâ €

soak almonds, cashews and chickpeas in cold water overnight. the next day cook the chickpeas, soak the pitted dates in lukewarm water for half an hour. Mix all the ingredients of the base together, spread the dough in a mold, place in the refrigerator. mix all the filling ingredients (White) and pour half over the base, place in the freezer. mix with the blueberries for filling (Purple) and place above the filling (White). leave in the freezer for two hours and unmould your cheesecake.â €
