Oat and cashew pudding

1/4 cup rolled oats⠀
1/4 cup cashews⠀
1 frozen banana⠀
1/2 tsp vanilla⠀
pinch of sea salt ⠀
1 tsp coconut syrup (you can also use maple syrup or 2 pitted dates)⠀
1 tsp maca powder (optional)⠀
oat milk – about 1/4 cup or as much as needed to achieve your favourite consistency
How To Make: 
Place oats and cashews in a small bowl and pour enough hot water to cover them. Soak for about 15 minutes and drain.⠀
Place soaked oats and cashews, banana, vanilla, sweetener, salt and maca powder in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Slowly add as much oat milk as you think will make the perfect consistency (you can go for super thick pudding or more smoothie-like consistency). Enjoy!
