Pancakes with apple jam

For the apple jam:
• 4-5 apples, chopped
• 2 tablespoon cinnamon
Add apples and cinnamon to a saucepan with a little splash of water. Let cook at low heat for 20-25 min. and cool down. Afterwards blend the jam with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Store in the fridge.

For the pancakes:

• 1.5 cup of flour
• 1 tablespoon vegan sugar
• 1 cup of plant milk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla or cardamom • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Let the batter rest for 30 min. Cook the pancakes with plant butter in a hot pan. #
