Unbelievable creamy tahini-garlic sauce with linguine, peas and fried mushrooms

I’ve finally been able to make this recipe again after so many of you requested it under my post from 2 weeks ago. 
It’s also suitable for people with a histamine intolerance like me. Maybe you just have to be careful if you use raw garlic. .
Ingredients:.
1/2 cup/120 ml tahini (try to get some of the runny original arabic good stuff).
3/4 cup/180 ml water.
1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 fresh clove).
1 tsp onion powder.
1 tsp pepper.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp lemon juice (optional, I haven’t used it because of my HI).

Instructions.
So so easy ☺️. Put everything together in a small blender or food processor and blend until everything is combined. 
Mix with your favorite pasta 🍝.
