Vegan Sweet Dumplings

Ingredients:â €
Dough:â €
•100g vegan yogurt of choice⠀
•10g ground flax or chia seeds⠀
•70g wholegrain flour⠀
•1-2 dates (or any other sweetener)⠀

Filling:â €
•plums or apricots⠀
Coating:â €
•bread crumbs⠀
•granulated sweetener of choice⠀
•cinnamon⠀
•1 tbsp coconut flakes⠀
•optional: fruit powder for colour⠀

Instructions:â €
1. step: Mix all the dough ingredients together and if you are using dates make sure to blend everything until smooth.â €
2. step: Let the dough sit in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes and bring a pot with water to a boil. Wet your hands so that the dough does not stick and form little balls and put a fruit (plum or apricot) in the middle.â €
3. step: Cook the balls for about 15 minutes and make sure that the water does not boil anymore otherwise they will fall apart.â €
4. step: In the meantime you can roast your breadcrumbs with the coconut in a pan and set it aside before adding the sugar and the cinnamon.â €
5. step: As soon as the balls are rising to the water surface they are done and you can coat them with the mix you prepared. Enjoy!
