Recipe: 1 Liter / 34 oz vegetable Stock
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp Ginger minced
2 tbsp sesame or vegetable oil
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Handfull chopped mushrooms
1 Stick scallion
Saute Garlic and Ginger for 2-3 mins. Then add soy Sauce, Rice vinegar and Veggie Stock. Put on a lid and bring it to a simmer. Cook Ramen noodles until done.
Add mushrooms, scallion, Ramen and Veggie dumplings (if you‘ve got leftover Filling you can add it as well). Enjoy!
